The Challenge: Evolving a Brand to Reflect Growth
As Twyford Support continued to grow and diversify its services, the leadership team made the strategic decision to rename the organisation to Twyford Care Group. The new name better captured the breadth of their offering and their commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
With the name already in place, Twyford approached us to help bring this new chapter to life through a complete brand refresh — one that would honour their values while supporting their future vision.
Our Approach: A Complete Brand Refresh
Working closely with the Twyford team, we developed a comprehensive new brand identity — grounded in clarity, warmth, and purpose. Here's what we delivered:
- Brand Identity: We created a fresh, clean, and compassionate identity that reflects Twyford’s mission to help individuals with additional needs live as independently as possible. The tone is professional yet human, focussed but never cold — built around their care-first ethos.
- Logo Design: A new, versatile logo suite was designed to convey both trust and approachability. The visual mark is simple, recognisable, and scalable across digital and print, reinforcing the new brand direction at every touchpoint.
- Collateral Suite: From brochures and letterheads to staff resources and signage, we rolled out the brand across all materials, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual presence.
- Website Design & Build: We designed and built a brand-new website that’s modern, accessible, and user-friendly. It makes it easy to explore Twyford’s services, values, and approach — all while reinforcing their renewed brand voice and visual identity.
- Social Media Management: As part of the ongoing rollout, we’ve recently started managing Twyford Care Group’s social media presence. At this early stage, we’re focused on building awareness, setting the tone, and helping establish a consistent, authentic voice across channels.
The Outcome: A Brand That’s Ready for What’s Next
The new Twyford Care Group identity has already begun to reshape how the organisation presents itself — both internally and externally. While the rollout is ongoing, the refreshed branding and digital presence have provided a confident, unified foundation for growth.
